Well, this is embarrassing. There should be an image here. Great picture, too!

SUCCESS (Summer University Camp for Computer, Engineering, and Science Scholars)

Is a science experience designed for high school students entering grades 9 through 11. SUCCESS is a pilot project generously funded by the National Science Foundation, NASA, and the Lisa and Douglas Goldman fund. SUCCESS is committed to increasing the number of historically underrepresented ethnic minorities and women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

During SUCCESS, students will participate in hands-on science projects with UC Berkeley faculty, students and researchers to understand the basics of engineering design, computer science, astronomy, and environmental science. By introducing high school students to a wide variety of science activities relevant to them and providing them access to resources and coaching to attend college in a STEM field we hope to impact the pathway for underrepresented students into successful STEM careers in science.
